Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information RevIVology (“RevIVology”) collects online, how RevIVology uses that information, your choices and RevIVology’s other privacy practices. This Privacy Policy only covers information collected online by RevIVology, its parent, affiliates and any related company (unless specifically stated). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

Personal Information

“Personal Information” means any information that may be used to identify a specific individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, a home or other physical address and an email address or other contact information, whether at work or at home.  In general, you can visit RevIVology’ web sites without telling us who you are or revealing any Personal Information about yourself.  However, RevIVology may collect Personal Information when you provide it to us through an online registration form or at other times, such as if when you apply for a job or choose to sign up for an e-mail newsletter or other update.

If you choose not to provide the Personal Information we request, you can still visit RevIVology’ web sites, but you may be unable to access certain options, offers, contests, and services that involve our interaction with you.

We may also receive information about you from other sources, and we may combine the information we receive from those other sources with Personal Information that we collect online.  In those cases, we will apply this Privacy Policy to any Personal Information received.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Our web sites or e-mail messages may contain cookies, web beacons (also known as clear gifs), or similar tracking technologies as they become available. A “cookie” is a small text file that may be used, for example, to collect information about web site activity. Some cookies and other technologies may serve to recall Personal Information previously indicated by a site visitor. We may combine the tracking information we receive from cookies with Personal Information that we collect through our web sites, but we will apply this Privacy Policy to this combined data. A web beacon is a small graphic image that allows the party that set the web beacon to monitor and collect certain information about the viewer of the web page, web-based document or e-mail message, such as the type of browser requesting the web beacon, the IP address of the computer that the web beacon is sent to and the time the web beacon was viewed.  Web beacons can be very small and invisible to the user, but, in general, any electronic image viewed as part of a web page or e-mail, including HTML based content, can act as a web beacon. RevIVology may use web beacons to count visitors to the web pages on our web sites or to monitor how our users navigate those sites, and we may include web beacons or similar technologies in e-mail messages in order to count how many messages sent were actually opened or acted upon.

When you visit RevIVology’s web sites, RevIVology may automatically collect certain usage information such as Internet domain and host names; Internet protocol (IP) addresses; browser software and operating system types; clickstream patterns; and dates and times that our site is accessed. We may associate your IP address with the Personal Information you provide.

You may set most browsers to notify you if you receive a cookie, or you may choose to block cookies with your browser, but please note that if you choose to erase or block your cookies, you may need to re-enter your user ID and password to gain access to certain parts of RevIVology’ web sites.

How We Use Information

We may use the Personal Information we collect online to respond to your questions and information requests, and, if you specifically agree, to send you marketing and promotion materials.

RevIVology may also disclose non-personally identifying information, such as aggregated user statistics, to third parties.

If you choose to have a relationship with RevIVology, such as a contractual or other business relationship or partnership, and contact us online, we may use your Personal Information to contact you in connection with that business relationship.

RevIVology may provide information, including Personal Information that RevIVology collects online, to third-party service providers to help us deliver programs, products, information, and services. Examples include, without limitation, sending communications on our behalf, analyzing data, and maintaining mailing lists. These third parties may have access to RevIVology’s web site user information, including Personal Information, in order to perform these functions on our behalf.

RevIVology may transfer and disclose information about its web site users, including Personal Information, and may use IP addresses to identify users in cooperation with internet service providers or law enforcement agencies, to comply with a legal obligation, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our web sites and applicable laws, or to protect the legal rights, interests, or safety of our web sites, our users or others.

Additionally, if all or substantially all the assets of RevIVology or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates are acquired, or if the company otherwise engages in a fundamental corporate change, Personal Information collected by RevIVology would be one of the transferred or disclosed assets.
